Does anyone experience drafts throught that strange hole in the ceiling. When I am travelling on the road there is air blowing down through the hole. Stangely it does stop at times, but its a nuisance as it blows straight down onto the kids. We also find if the roof hatch is left open to enjoy the benefit od the sun roof, its pretty cold in the back.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Cheers
Big Al

my best guess will be the fact that the roof isnt sitting down correctly onto the roof of the bongo allowing the cold air to come into the roofspace. ours is the same but the mattress covers the small circle hole. with the roof vent open there is a cold draught passing down so best to keep it shut in the winter time.

:? It may also be worth checking that the water proof cover is zipped closed,
therefore if wind is coming under the seal, it cannot blow straight through the netted screen, Just a thought

that what i meant to say as well. just remember if you close the roof with the canvas zipped up you will need to allow the volume of air to escape out of the roof. thats what the small circle hole is for.

thanks for that info.
I dont have a roof mattress so that makes sence and also have the roof tent unzipped and rolled up so air would come through the mesh.

Will try out both and see if it solves the problem.
