I`ve no doubt you`ll get several answers to this question,
but what I do is have a full service with each years new MOT,
I`ve had my Bongo 3 years now and touch wood (my head) she has never let me down

.
May it always continue that way

The Bongo turbo diesel engine should have the oil and filter replaced every 3000 miles according to Mazda. It's up to you whether you want to extend that period.

Short though this interval is I would expect it will pay you back to be able to demonstrate that you have serviced according to Mazda spec when it comes to trade-in / sell-on time

Hi everybody, not got mine yet, its a '99 V6 off to Elite for conversion at the end of the week from JAL. The question following this thread is: When is mine going to be due? Cheers.
Oil change

I seem to remember that for the 2.5 ltr turbo the oil should be changed every 5,000 kms or 6 months and the filter every 10,000 km or 12 months.
Brake fluid replaced every 24 moths.
Air Cleaner every 5,000 km
Fuel Filter every 50,000 km
Fuel Hose inside engine bay every 4 years.
Alt belts when deflection is 8 to 10 mm with 10kg of pressure.
Timing Belt every 100,000 km
Check it out in your Bongo Handbook.
