Ok.
Let's try this.... Once!
Do you want a Somerset'ish based Mini-Meet... PM me with your available dates between now and the end of March or better still, your unavailable dates.
Then I'll look at some available places (PM'd suggestions accepted)..... Have some ideas myself but the interest is what is important at the moment
Any takers?

I could well be interested, I'm crap at location suggestions, but any time should be do-able as long as i don't have to get up to early - mornings don't like me

My idea of the venue..
http://www.brokerswood.co.uk/index.asp
2 miles off the A36 between Trowbridge and Frome. 15 miles off of the A303. Central between Weston-super-mare/Salisbury and Gloucester/Weymouth. Longleat and Bath within easy visiting distance. Oh, and Bell Hill Garage if any problems

.
Called in today and the new shower/toilet facilities were stunning. Country Park (free entry when camping) has childrens playground, lake with fishing, walks and potential for use of evening room.
Should be @£10/12 per night for 2 adults and 2 children and leccy hook (subject to bookings).
Nearest pub
http://www.kickingdonkey.net/1.html is a 10 minutes walk down the road if needed
Provisional date as a starter is the weekend 7/8/9 March.
How am I doing so far? Comments, questions, criticisms please?

Sounds grand. I know the site well, good for kids - a good play area and lots of woods to explore. A little cafe and lots of ducks ect.
Well done

Prices are per night and are based on up to two adults and two children sharing.
Sorry everyone. Made my first mistake....
I remember reading that and in my haste to put my suggestion on here I obviously forgot what I read....
Anyway, at the moment we need 10 to get the discounts. I'm gonna talk to them again this weekend and see if I can get any reduction on this and ask a few other questions.
But definitely we will stick with this place and the date.

Hi folks, I just found this thread and wondered if you have any plans for whilst you are here. I live minutes away and although I am on late turn (1448-0006 Fri, 1400ish Route Refresh Sat, then Sun off) it would be nice to pop over and say hello.
Also having looked at the link to Brokerswood I did not realise the fishing was so good, I will have to try it out come the warmer weather now.....
I haven't been there for years, I used to cycle over in the school hols... typical aint it on your doorstep and forgotten....
