Hello,

I've fixed my demister today.... searched the forum, reattached the linkage.... and thought that's it

just dropped wife off, and it's stopped working again, it seems the bit of plastic that retains it has snapped off...

probably my size 11 jimmy choo's.....

I've tapped the rod amd got an m3 nut on, but was wondering if this was common, and do you think I ought to source another plastic control ring?

cheers
John

Had the same problem as you John, superglued a piece of plastic to retain the link(not as good as your mod) has held for about a year now

you have both set my mind at rest.....

I'll now forget all about that, and find something new to worry about
