Our MOT not too bad, a plaster for middle of exhaust (to do list for 2008)

But an advisory saying the off side rubber bush will need relacing ? would this be why our suspension seems harder or is that another problem, He did not ask.... so can you super peeps put me right...

Also what are the consequences of a pitted brake ?

Seems 2008 is my year for Bongo expence... cant' complain apart from me forgetting what fuel need..... no major problems not counting back box... (Iwanted to replace whole exhast but was persuaede that just the back box would do....

Thank You

Hiya Biddy. The 'bushes' thing might well be the anti-roll bar bushes as this is a common failure. Are you getting any clonking sounds when you go over potholes etc.? Its not expensive to change them. The only thing that could make it a pain is if you find the bolts are somewhat rusted up. If doing it I would check and replace rear droplinks at the same time as they tend to wear out around the same time as the anti roll bar bushes. Have a Search on BF (also check factsheets in members area as there may be one on this) - there's been plenty of discussion on it. I did mine myself and it wasn't hard (luckily my bolts were not too seized). The quality of the ride was greatly improved after I'd put new stuff on.

Can't advise on pitted brakes - do they mean the disc is pitted? no doubt someone can advise.

Good luck

Should that be pitted brake pipe?
