Battery Charging

OK, I have bought my new Bongo which has a leisure battery and a mains hook up. As all the interior lights, cool box and radio are going to run off the leisure battery it seemed silly that the mains didn't charge the leisure battery.
What do people do?
I was considering buying a normal leisure/car battery charger and hard wiring it in. Is this a good plan or will it trash my battery if I leave it on overnight?

Hello, I can only comment on my set up but it does allow charging from the mains hook up. It has a red illuminated switch on the front of the control unit which I select. I’m not sure exactly how long it takes to fully charge but after leaving on charge overnight it went from red to fully charged . (I don’t normally allow it to get that flat but I left something on)
Hope this of interest to you.

No, don't have that. I think hard wired car battery charger has to be the answer.
