Could anyone help me? I have just got my first Bongo and I wish to replace the original Tape/Radio with a cd player. There is a space above where the previous owners had a cd player. How do I remove the old player to get at the wires? and is it possible to connect both?

if you get a thin flat screwdriver and prize off the ends (black plastic)
underneath those will be 2 holes on each side, simply place two thin peices of metal in each hole pushing inwards frimly, this will puch in the side locks and enable you to pull the radio out.
I used a metal coat hanger cut and bent into a u shape for each end.
As for the space above the stereo you normall yhave a cubby box like this one

You could connect both but you'd risk blowing the speakers - I am not techie enough to remember why (I read it on here so you could try a search) but the concensus was just connect the one and use a cubby box as previously suggested.

Absolutely. Fill the space with a BMW clock instead at that price!
