Round hole in the flip-up roof - can the flap be removed?

Hi

I'm building a ventilation system for the upper tent that takes the warmer air downstairs and blows it up through the aforementioned hole where it will be distributed around upstairs by a pipe (hopefully!)

The flap and surrounding plastic is easy to remove by undoing the four screws but does anyone know of a way of removing the flap from the outer part - preferably in a way in which I can get it back on again if I need to. It looks like it should just pop put with the appropriate amount of force...

Alternatively does anyone have one with a broken flap that they have replaced and the old one is going spare?

Thanks

Hope you get an answer Neil - I'd also be interested in the heating system you have in mind. I thought about doing similar but reckoned that the heat would soon be lost through the tent material.............

Might be bj4, but he is a forum member in Japan who will source Bongos, and from this thread I guess parts, and ship to UK. His reputation is very good with this forum.

Might be worth a 'Search'
