CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT PRESSURE GOES IN THE FRONT AND REAR TYRES AS I ASK AT THE GARAGE AND GOT TOLD DIFFERENT FORREAR AND FRONT SO WENT ELSEWGERE AND GOT TOLD A DIFFERENT STORY THERE, I HAVE DIFFERENT SIZES ON REAR TO THE FRONT TO, SIMPLE BUT IM THICK

I tend to use 35 to 38 all round.
Guages tend to be a bit innacurate at the best of times.

Carefull Harry... I got shouted at last time for suggesting non-factory figures for air pressures
Harry's guide is spot on..im mt case i use 40psi rear, 35 front.

You do your own thing Big Daddy...
If you have the recommended tyres on then the handbook states:-
Front 195/70R 15 pressure is 1.8 Bar (27lbs per sq in) 2WD or 2.00 Bar (29.4 lbs per sq in) 4WD.
Rear 215/65R 15 Pressure is 2.4 Bar (35.25 lbs per sq in).

Been lots of threads on this in the past, including differences with domestic Japanese tyres and Japanese driving conditions.
I'm with BigD, plus lots of others on the forum in going for higher pressures.
After much experiment I run ours at 38/40 - 215/65 all round on 15 inch wheels.
Feels a lot better on motorways, in cross-winds, on bendy country roads
The recommended pressures give worse handling, for sure, and would probably contribute to lower mpg.
Plus the sidewall bulge at standard pressures is so much that people keep asking you if you have a puncture.

Funnily enough I settled on 38 and 40 as well. It definitely makes for a better handling Bongo. If you have van tyres fitted then you really should up the pressure a bit because they need to run a bit higher. They have more side wall stiffness and running them at bongo pressures causes too much internal friction.
