could you break down some of the jargon and abbreviations used in many of the topics here?

gsh = good sense of humour
nimby = not in my back yard
dinky = double income no kids yet

AFT = auto free top (raising roof)
ATF = Auto transmission fluid (automatic 'gearbox' oil).
I hadn't realised that we used jargon.
