Removing trim from inside the back door - How to?

I need to remove the trim from inside the back door in order to fit my new cycle rack (Fiamma Pro C) which bolts through the back door. It's easy enough to remove the little plastic thingies that act like screws but the trim seems to be held in place really well around the corners and Idon'e want to just rip it off for fear of damaging it. Has anyone got any top tips? Thanks again

I used a large flat screwdriver and it all popped off.
When fitting the bottom bracket to the tail gate it is very difficult to get your hands inside and low enough. I have fairly big hands and it cost me a few cuts and grazes. Worth it though. Get it as low as possible.
