wonder if anyone could help please,you know the 5 magnet things on the van that i presume close the door should they all be sticking out?2 of ours are always stuck in is this right or should they all be out

Counting from the top No3 and No4 are in on mine.

Not magnets Heather - they're electrical contacts to operate the closer motor in the door.........

It is probably the earth and power ones that stick out so that contact is made first.

Yeah those bloody button nearly " did my head in" as they say, when my door stopped working I tried all ways to get em to pop out, wd40, release spray even the good old coke cola but no joy..then when one of the old guys in the road popped his head in and said it looked like they should be like that and had I tried the fuse for the door..boy did I feel like an arse..so yep they is meant to be like that, just looks daft. Happy motoring.

So where is the motor for closing the door located please

Just looked at mine and I'm pretty sure when I bought her about a month ago that there were two in but now all five are out. Door is working fine. Any reason or this?
