Bongo Fury

Am I right in thinking that the two electrical plugs stowed on the bulkhead behind where the fog lights would be if I had them, are indeed for fog lights? If so does anyone know if a corresponding plug is stowed behind the dash for the switch.

If you have the plugs dangling (or taped) behind the bumper,then the chances are you will find white plug behind on of the dash blanks.

You will probably find that your bongo had bullbars originally,and that was the switch and wiring for the lights that mount onto the bar.

You will need to get a multimeter onto the plug to see if its still live or not.

If the fog light blanks are still in place on the bumper,thats another hint that the wiring is for the bullbar lights.

your front fog light switch should be the white block below the steering wheel cowering mine is to the left ,
if you are lucky and have the two plugs dangaling down behind headlights then it might just be a case of fitting a switch and away you go
you will need to drop the steering wheel position to get the speedo facing off then you can get at the white plug easy
