failed speedo light, tail lights and more...

Further to my earlier posting, I now discover that the fog lights (front and rear) don't work in addition to the tail lights and speedo light. checked fuse in cabin and fuses in engine bay. Have 12 volts to fuse (15A) in engine bay. Not sure where to look next. Have had the steering wheel surround off in order to get at the sockets under there. Not sure what is what though. Any advice gratefully received.

have you started with more obvious stuff like the lights are blown, dont rule out the simplest things, these are overlooked more times than most,
is there power getting to the light socket ?
is there power to the light switch's
if you work out where power is getting to, then that will make it easier.
it gets to the fuse, follow the wire to where it goes to next, is there power there?
follow the cable untill you get no power?
not teaching you to suck eggs, but like i said, start simple.
with the steering coloumn off look where the cables come out of the light switch and see how much power is getting to it, and then how much is getting past it,
