water pipe identification

hello,
i have (another) slightly dodgy water pipe. Last time i had to swap one the hardest part was communicating which pipe i was talking about in order to obtain the new one. Can any "in the know" BF'ers tell me what the name / commonly referred to part is the pipe in the picture below please? It is the big one that comes out of the top of a metal bit at the top of the Rad. Drops away and heads off in the direction of the engine. You have to lift up the plastic air intake to get to it.
