Loads of info on here about blowers. The one thing about the blower in a bongo is that it is are easy to reach.
It fan/motor could be seized and the air you are feeling could be the air forced in from outside, or the resistor can fail, it controls the speed of the fan motor: checkthis latest thread:-

also put blower in the "search" (above) for loads more

There have been recent threads about the matrix being blocked with crud and needing a de-gunge. If you take the air inlet shroud off for the heater system you will see the fan. Check to see if the fan spins freely, there should be very little resistance. There is a thread about removing and lubricating the fan assembly. If the fan works at the moment I would suggest that one or other of the above points is a likely culprit.
I know...I know.. Is it.......

I have had this one lots of times. Went through all the things you have to no avail. Take a look in the drivers foot well. to the left hand side. There are a set of white plastic cams which are attached to an actuator for air flow direction. On mine one of the bars that links the cams to a air flow redirector pops off. Its a bit of bar about as thick as a coat hanger & about 4 inchs long, just push it back into the white plastic bit.
I think my left foot must knock it out, happens about twice a month, in fact pushed it back in yesterday I must think of a permenant solution to this at some point.
Cheers
Stu

Interested to know if there are any updates on your "wind problem", well I mean the lack of it up front?
