I have just bought a job lot of automotive wire off e bay.(1700meters) It came in 4 sizes.
0.75mm
0.70mm
0.50mm
030 ???
The mm sizes I understand.
Do any of you know what 030 is ?? it is the thickest of the lot, a bit thicker than 0.75mm.
Thanks in advance.

My rafting avitar has gone...where to ?? I really didn't think it would offend anyone and if it did I'm very sorry.
Someone broke a window in our village last week and now they are going to shoot everyone co's the culprit won't own up !! What is this world comong to ??

Is it the number of strands of copper? Or perhaps the SWG (standard wire guage) of one strand?
Which village are you in? I went to school in Bruton and lived in Slough Green for a few years.

Brianwfl.... Thanks for that. Good news indeed co's what came in a job lot as 0.30mm turns out to be 0.75mm which is what I need to assemble the coolant loss kits.
