Bongo Fury

on the sliding door, the electric blind has failed. it has been like this since i bought the bongo and went to investigate today.
the moving part in the runner closest to the passenger seat gets stuck as the channel has been narrowed where someone fitted a grabrail, this in turn pushed in the rim.I have widened it at places but the channel needs more tinkering.
On the other side, it looks as though there are two moving parts. The bottom one moves fine and the top one is static. Neither of these were attached to the bottom of the blind.
Could anyone describe (or with photos) how it should look and does anyone have a solution/been through this before?

Does the blind jam, or move freely when moved manually?

see the post i made at the top... the motors work but the blind has snapped from the runners and the channel near the passenger seat is slightly too narrow for the runner to go all the way down...
