Bongo Fury

does anyone else experience a clicking sound from the aircon motor?
is it usual?

No, and no.

I have had clicking sounds from other heater fans on other vehicles.
On an H Reg VW Golf my son had, it was the bearings on the fan worn at 1/4 million miles causing the blades to touch the casing.
I also had a leaf get in there somehow on another car, but that wouldn't seem possible on a Bongo.

It's probably the compressor cutting in and out - might need the gas recharged.
