im not normally - heavily superstitious :oops:

I hear bad things said about - some tires - rx8 wheels etc etc

mike stated yesterday about roof motors

#-o ive had no issues and will not state specific issues - just in case shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

lol - I think I may start a thread on - do you talk to your bongo lol :lol:

mine gets a pat on the steering wheel almost every day :)

seems to keep her happy lol

Haha - yeah simon mentioned the TPS back on page 1 - the unit was checked and deemed ok. Even a specialist said I needed another new box!

Turns out the TPS malfunctions after 20 mins of driving/or when engine gets up to temp. It's all very peculiar....at least it's sorted.

An update on my problem (I'm the Original Poster!)

Following suggestions, I've changed the fuel filter (see earlier posts including my brain malfunction) - no improvement, and changed the ATF fluid - no improvement. I've written up these procedures with photos by the way see http://howto.probably.me.uk/fuelfilter.html and http://howto.probably.me.uk/atf.html.

So I'm now back where I started. Reading recent posts here I'm now wondering about the TPS. Where is it, how do I access it, where to get a replacement, approximate cost? Many thanks if anyone can respond.
