I know what you mean about your timing in march, but you got it done and it is unlikely you will arrive spot on food time again. The alternative is to get someone to bring your awning and we can try and put it up for you before you arrivehogggman wrote:hi anna,ray etc,
not even thought about it yet.i doubt we`d take the kids out of school-sats and other stuff,we never have so far-so it just leaves coming after school and getting there late on.i found it incredibly stressful last time.we arrived just as the food turned up,so people went off to eat,and we were trying to set up/watch the kids etc,and i don`t think we`d do that again,plus daughter has swimming club on saturday til lunch.we`ve already missed loads of these due to weekends away etc,it seems a waste of money,so the only other option is to come after lunch on saturday,and it`s a long way to come for one day.can`t bear the thought of everyone having fun and us missing out,but can`t see a way round it at the moment.

thanks to all of the ideas and offers.manda and andy,i think it`s a great idea for sharon to come with you on friday but she won`t misss being with kayti at swimming(it`s a `girl`thing,apparently)can you imagine you lot on friday night,without me to keep an eye on sharon...........................hogggman wrote:
