To celebrate 10 years since the formation of the Bongo Fury owners club, Sunday 24th February 2013 has been designated as National Bongo Day. What we have in mind is a series of events in various locations across the UK & Ireland where Bongonauts can get to meet each other and perhaps have a Sunday lunch.

It was like the Good Old Days - seeing so many familiar faces, combined with a good sprinkling of fresh new faces. Fantastic & a good reminder of how tight a bunch us Bongo peeps are!
Well done Chell from all of us & thanks again to Ady for having yet another bash at sorting out my perpetual cutting out problem. You'll be pleased to hear that I gave it a fair bit of welly on the way home & it didn't miss a beat!!

xx

Brilliant day yesterday. Really enjoyed meeting you all and seeing the other Bongos. Thanks to Chell for organising the day

We arrived just as it started snowing !! Sorry didn't get chatting much with you - the weather was too cold for me to stand still in one place too long....although my teeth were doing a lot of chattering
The venue was a definite hit with the kids; they spent hours in the barn. Will be revisiting soon - those icecream sundaes are to die for.
Looking forward to the warmer weather and some camping.

Does anyone have any good pics of the facilities? Would you mind sharing them?

Sorry Chell,no photos of the facilities.
Many thanks to you and Ady or organising this meet.Sorry if we seemed to be adverse to mixing with everyone, but those of you who saw the length of Charlies fur will realise he wasnt up to running in the mud as we socialised.
Nice to see old faces and meet new ones.Lynz took a few snaps and ill post em when she brings em round.
The old Charlie,thanks to Muz
