We're on the waiting list with our friends and 14 others.. Ian is going to try & sort out extra pitches tomorrow.

The only people who are on the waiting list are those who have phoned on 0114-2550836. If you haven't done this, you are not on the waiting list

The good news is that the site have released another 20 pitches all with electric hook up. There are 16 people on the waiting list, and an email has been sent to these people asking them to make payment. We will follow this up with a phone call or text if we do not get a response.

This means there are 4 pitches still available which can be booked now by telephone only. You must quote your membership number (or home postcode) when booking.

If people on the waiting list have not been in touch by next Wednesday 10th Feb at 4.30pm, their slots will be made available to other members from 9.30am on Thursday 11 February.

Very clear, thanks Ian just got off the phone took the last of the 70 pitches looks like its a full house, cant wait for our first bash/

Just called and got it booked up

we were on the waiting list and booked it soon after Ian sent out the email to those on the waiting list.

I have just booked - was told it was the last place!

This will be the first meet we have attended - looking forward to it - hope the snow has gone by then.

hehe, i dont know about the sprogletts just yet!

one is 7 so he will be fine! but the DevilChild™ will be just over a year old.... so not sure on him coming along, would need to get a baby prision sortted for up in the roof....
