I was just thinking if we end up doing a bbq we could all put money towards it or if people dont want to do that then post a list of food and people say what they will bring.

You are a sweetie Amanda and I know you worry about the cost. We might do that ! But who wants a BBQ ???? Yes or No ?

I expect as much as 20 units at this meet, from those interested. You will be meeting some neighbouring peeps from this area too, hopefully . The problem is cooking the BBQ if it rains. This site won't allow the marquee I will have a think and do a plan.

We would have to do an indoor BBQ and a few of us would have to cook the food on our cookers etc and dish it up that way. Wouldnt be chargrilled but im sure we can overcook (burn) if required !

Id have to get it out of retirement and brush up my techniques and make sure i have a few before hand!
