started sorting the bongo out yesterday for the first camping trip of the year, lifted the roof and washed out all the tent, hoovered all the back, emptied the kitchen and washed all the mats, which are now dried and ready to go back in! just the packing to do now, and a quick wash of the bongo (although it'll be filthy again by the time we get there!)

i hope there is a good chippy near the campsite, cos that's what we're planning to skoff before we start getting the awning up!

Yes we have got to clean the van up a bit for our first nights out this year, the inside smells like a brewers s***house and the outside looks like one .....must have a word with wifey

Crazy whats yer cider drink? Mine is usually Strongbow co's thats all you can get in the pubs around here. My local offy knocks it out for 8 cans a fiver so guess who's his best customer is Should have enough stock for the weekend.
Only time I get to drink the real stuff is when we hit the countyside. 'Old Rosey' comes to mind
The wife is into wine so got it all to meself

Crazy drinks the real ale, I saw him put away a few the other night.

Whilst I do enjoy a drop or two, I would like to remind
Bongo peeps that its not BIG and not CLEVER to drink to excess
and to please drink in moderation when at club meets

Bongo has had a bath, the trailer loaded and hooked on ready for the off in the morning. Hope the sun decides to shine as they promise, not too warm here today. See you all at Hurley.

Another time I hope ! Crazy was disappointed not to be racing his small one in the river
We had a brillant time at the southern softies bash. And BIG thanks to Ian for planning it all

Was a great weekend though, hot weather great company and a fantastic location. we enjoyed ourselves and hope to be on another weekend soon.
