I hope all who attend any way have a great weekend and Partake of the facilities with their refund so the owners dont loose out too much

We will be representing the South West to the best of or abilities Rob.

Just got back from our hols and found this. We think we will still be attending, however, how many of you tough norterners are still up for this meet? It's a long way for us to travel, so would like to know who's still attending.

Hi all you Tough Northerners (funny - most of whom seem to be from elsewhere!)
Will any of you be needing to watch the rugby on Saturday - do you know if will the pub be showing it / has sports screen?

Thanks for the responses everybody. Of the 34 people originally booked in, all but 2 have replied (they will be getting letters in the post). Of the remaining 32, 19 are still attending, 4 are not attending, and the rest are undecided.

Those of you who have said they will attend will receive a further email tomorrow (Tuesday 9 March) with a delegate list.

Reluctantly I am opting out of this one. But I have managed to book Brookerswood instead.

The main reason is I usually travel with a canine familiar(makes a good hot water bottle) but the poor dog has been very ill for the last month.She is almost recovered now. but its long way back from Cheshire if anything happens. Nothing infectious, she caught a cat and got roughed up.

Also I am neither a northerner or very tough, don't even mention the vest Since it is still unrelentingly cold here, only just starting on the crocuses, the lure of a hook up and a heater is just too much

Have a good time Mary, sorry to hear the pooch isn't too well.

I might have my new bongo by then so i thing we my be there on a day meet ,, weather perminting ( with baby ),

Will probably pop down on Sat for a visit.
