All welcome!
We're not limited to numbers although once we get over 36, which seems likely, we get moved to a seperate rally field.
Deposit is paid to secure the event but I'll not be sorting out bookings 'till around mid January after getting back from Thailand trip.
Really looking forward to this one peeps - thanks for all the support.

You are not limited to numbers, but any more than 38 Bongos, will be put in the adjacent field.
The way i read into that Tony, was that 1st 38 would be on one field with all the trimmings, after 38 the later ones would me moved to an ajacent field, dont know about hookups for those, but the site is enormous. I may be wrong of course, but cant see us paying that price for just a piece of grass without electric.Either way though,I`m in.

Blinkin 'Eck!! Swamped!
No wurries, all will be well chaps.
Bookings are going to be logged, confirmed & paid for around mid January. Fear not, there's almost enough space there for a National bash. We'll all fit in - one way or another & there'll be so much to do the place will be empty most of the weekend anyway! Max - fear not - the pub a mile up the road brews its own & has been put on red alert for the duration - including importing a tanker of cider!.
I'd like an idea of who wants to do what while we're there though. I could get some deals on group bookings for things like the Snowdon Railway, Blaenau Slate Caverns, Portmerion, WHR, etc . . . .

definitely Snowdon Railway, something my Dad & I were supposed to do last year, maybe Portmerion, but I may spend a couple of extra days anyway as it's such a trek - nearly 300 miles from here

Yea but, 300 miles of Bongodriving bliss. An interesting challenge will be to find a route that is pleasurable, scenic and meandering and yet allows the Bongo to cruise economically in lockout.
Mister M - I'm feeling slightly more optimistic about making this one if its OK to put me down as a provisional.
