I've emailed the pub a couple of times to check it's ok but no replies. Do we need to book it or anything?

No need to book for staying but they did ask last time to give them a rough idea of numbers for eating
Im back middle of next week so can ring them then
might be a good idea to check they haven't got some biggish event on like last time we tried though.

Just rung the pub.
No problem for the 27th weekend. No big events on.
£5 a night goes to charity.

I don't think there's a limit Stu.
I told them there would probably be seven or eight vans there.
Perhaps some idea of how many people will be eating on Saturday night and if anyone wants breakfast would be good and then I'll ring them again to make sure they know.

When i last attended a Bongo overnight meet there i seem to recall limited parking in the parking area around the pub, but there was a sort of disused quarry a short distance off that might serve as an overspill area. Might that be right? If i can find an old pic i'll try and post it
