All that money saved on a cheap solution.... You can get the best shrink in the business..!!

I have to admit i'm not a big fan of revving any engine too high from cold...

Well i'm not a fan of reving a cold motor either, i have this condition called mechanical sympathy, but if the "specialist" dealers tell you that it should rev at 1250 when cold you kinda take it that the know what they're talking about cos they deal with bongo's all the time + i now have a set of fully working but used glowplugs in the spares box and if they ever relaunch the tv programe You Bet i could go on there and dissassemble the drivers side of a bongo engine with me eyes closed

 Funny you mention You bet... A friend of mine at college was given tickets for the program where they filmed it in the early 90's (Matthew Kelly era?)  So, i tagged along... They had a warm up comedian, filmed the audience cheering & clapping for about an hour.. Then took another three hours (It must have been?!!) Filming the actual show.... I remember something pre-filmed shown on a big screen about a guy doing a stunt jumping out of a hot air balloon..?

Prime time telly lost it's magic after that....
Cheaper by comparison to a race horse...

Well l'oreal hadn't been started since midday saturday until 04:30 s'morning, key in ignition, ignition on, glow light on, glow light off, wait 5 seconds, turn key and she gently fires into life second turn of the engine, revs at 750 for a couple of seconds then she raised up to 900rpm for a few seconds before returning to 750 rpm, no mess, no fuss, no drama and no chuggin, i do believe l'oreal has been cleansed of her demon =D>
