Karen I am really pleased despite all the problems your Bongo is back on the road. Brilliant of the people who helped you achieve that.

I am afraid you are not on hook up unless someone who is cancel's or can share. I am looking forward to seeing you and catching up.

As its summer i wont need the heater thru the night,so all ill need is lecy for my fridge and a light at bedtime,so ill happily share a hook up with Karen

Karen, I think I'm booked with leccy, if so you can have mine,as long as I can come and use my toaster in the morning !!

thanks both of you -will also probably only need a light cos its going to be lovely and warm as allithwaite always is (well the harem certainly will be ) i can run a light from the power pack as long as i can re-charge the pack -Alan of course i'll let you share your toaster i'll bring some crumpets.(and no that wasnt a jo-ism)are you bringing your khyam if so i want to see how you put it up solo i tried and failed yesterday either i'm just not long enough or am doing something wrong.

LMAO It is nice to have mates to share warmth and yer toasted crumpets with eh Karen! The sheep and cattle are still telling me the weather is going to be good. I have a gas heater you can use like the one Alan cooked his beans on once.

Chris and I today took delivery of two electric bikes, my word they are brilliant getting up the hills around here, you just move your legs around the peddles to look like you are doing something.

Lots of things are arriving for Flookburgh Steam Gathering, it is nice to see it all roll in.

Due to being laid up with what appears to be my annual viral respitory infection my plans for the weekend are changing. I certainly won't be able to do the MRescue exercise as planned.

no its fine about the khyam it was only if you were bringing it not bringing mine i dont need it until autumn - i'm experimenting.just spent the last 4 hours cleaning the bongo interior maximising my capacity and generally titivating just need to borrow a hook up to recharge my battery and possibly toaster loan. - can you use those gas heaters inside the bongo Jo ?- hope you are feeling better by the weekend harry.

it is i only jacked because it got dark -just realised i cant wash the exterior now though -guess it will have to be buckets of water and a step ladder.

BTW yes Karen we used the gas heaters our's quite safely, no chlidren or dog'z obviously. I will bring it down and you can do the risk assesment
