Hmmm - strange. Out of interest, was there any sign of rusty lookng coolant rust stained expansion tank?

No signs of rust or crap bottle very clean.
All coolant replaced but the stuff that came out wasnt discoloured.

Hoping for the best Prepeared for the worst. In the Trusted Hands of ian Taylor now.
