I would like very much to make this one if (and its a big 'if') I have the energy to get out of bed, unload the gig gear and get off to Southport before it gets too late. Without scrolling back through posts (if there is just say yes and I'll trawl through them), is there a rendezvous postcode for my Satnav in case I manage to make a late arrival?

It's on the coastal road just by the access road for Ainsdale beach. I suggest attempting to be there for 8am, if people can post on here their intent (or otherwise) to be there, we at least know if we're waiting for anyone.

Its a pity in regard to dates this weekend as Widnes plays host to a FREE Steam Rally and Vintage Car Show in Victoria Park,went along last year and it was a brilliant event,very well done..............but I wish it had been a week earlier this year!!

So if antone doesnt fancy Southport try Widnes!!
