Come on Chell...get it sorted instead of the Wirral..as no one has offered to sot out one there.

Sounds like fun.

Sure we can organise at least one marquee (from me)

Post it on fancy meeting up.

cheers

Well peeps, I've updated the meets list on page 1 and added comments on the weather where appropriate.

If you have ant corrections, additions and/or suggestions please post it on here or PM me.

I'll be having a few drinks and nibbles to celebrate my 59th birthday on the evening of Saturday 12th July at the Westmorland Showground at Crooklands near Kendal. Its the weekend of the annual Lakeland Rose & Horticultural Show so I'll be working Friday/Sat/Sun on my trade stand.

There is a campsite nearby and amplwe quiet laybys for wild camping but I may be also be able to arrange access to the showground for bongos to overnight. Let me know if you are interested.

cheers

Cheers jetski

I won't know about the showground until the end of May at the earliest but anyone is welcome to join our party on Saturday evening after the showground shuts down.

Its not an agricultural show so very little to do with farming...its all about gardens ans gardening but there is usually something happening to keep the kids entertained.

There are pleanty of other nearby attractions though....Sizergh barn with its farm trail etc and maybe even a Maize maize at Sedgwick just a couple of miles down the road.

cheers
