If you read through the above link in my post at the top of the previous page, should answer any queries. Don't tighten it up too much, Try a TINY squirt of wd40, which should do the trick if the belt is glazed. If the belts shows signs of age or cracking, replace em. If the wd40 trick worked let us know, if you're not happy about using it, get some belt dressing which 'll do the same job :D

Ha...no way! I just glanced up to the tv whilst browsing this thread,and noticed that the "space shuttle tribute bike"" is being built on american chopper!
