Just been pointed out to me that the front heater appears too high. Cheers Ady.
Reason? I dont know the physical height of the heater.

This is a very valid point and one that I will address. Is there anyone out there can help on this? Sizes?

The rest of the diagram, and in particular the heater bottom levels, height wise is pretty much as in reality.

engine and front heater down by half the height of the front heater matrix.

For those who are getting fed up with the constant updates on this animation, please let me explain.
The ONLY way to get this absolutely right is to LISTEN to comments from others, check out the validity of those comments, and make the necessary amendments. Valid criticism never bothers me - gets the job RIGHT.
The stage we are currently at is one of fine tuning - the circuit is correct.
A deliberate omission, the bleed hose, is because it performs no function during normal running of the vehicle, and would clutter the diagram unnecessarily.

Following diagram have taken account of the perfectly valid points raised by Ady (Northern Bongolow).
The relative component heights are now (I believe) correct (or as near as I'm gonna get a diagram to show)

Haydn
I apologise for swapping the colours around, however I did qualify the change (as you noticed).

The whole things quite relaxing to watch too.... & it reminds me of something??

Makes my text mean more.... just need to recheck it then it will be yours as will my bleed technique and how it fits with the bongo cooling system workings, then I will do how the other techniques work with the system.....

Colours are the wrong way around for me as in red for hot (out) and blue for cool (return), Also the statement 'A deliberate omission, the bleed hose, is because it performs no function during normal running of the vehicle, and would clutter the diagram unnecessarily' I think is wrong as it is part of the passive bleeding system that Mazda designed, it may not work very well but the concept makes it part of the system.

I agree with Mel on the colour side of things.

For a numpty Red for Hot - Blue for cold is an easier base to view from.

Maybe the bleed hose could be incorporated into a later auxillary diagram if its not a directly involved participant in day to day running . . . . .

Red hot...Blue Cold is what I was saying further up this topic....I find this concept very confusing.

All valid criticisms - immediate attempts will be made to rectify - Thanks for input.

Not sure I agree with Mel on the bleed hose omission. The original purpose of this particular diagram was to show the FLOW through pipework - as there is no flow through the bleed pipe under normal running conditions, I omitted it. However, it can, and WILL be added with a STATIC flow.

I'LL BE BACK.

I'M BACK - animation duly modified. Even got bleed tube on.

Is this (colour wise) more logical?

Getting there, I can understand the limits of 2D pics...........but.................. .........the bleed pipe is at the high point of the system not dropping down. Now if that pipe has been bled correctly it will be full of coolant and any air getting into the head hopefully will displace the coolant keeping the head full and the air in the pipe until bled making it a passive part of the system. Colours are better for us numpties.
