If you want to pull a bird, petrol will do, but.....a caravan?

That's your pheasant attraction, Mike.

We are looking to buy a Bongo, but my memory is that sleeping in cars can be really cold. So is there insulation in the Bongo? How warm is sleeping in a Bongo in the UK?
I would be really grateful for any guidance on this.
Best wishes
Adrian
Going back to your original post, which appears to have been hijacked, I have had mine converted and insulation was put into the side panels. I find it lovely and warm at night - even with the roof up and just curtains around the cab - although a chunky labrador helps!

Complete mystery Mike.
We sit at the back of class, all quiet, and still get spanked.

OK just not finding much time for any forums these days.
Off to China next week, so not likely to be about much for a while at all.

That's one strict regime that won't allow Bongo Fury.

The Bongo is good but not good enough to float down the Yangtze.

I see some folk use the small oil filled radiator. Just out of interest where do you position it?

Depends on your conversion (if any) and where you sleep.
When we sleep in ours we use the front/middle seats so there's plenty of room behind.

OK thanks for that, have 2 dogs that take the front seats so thinking I'll get one of those small cube fan heaters and make up something to stick it on near gear lever.

Fan heaters are noisy if your using them at night and actually need heating, the little oil filled heaters you just plug in and leave on all the time no noise but are thermostatic controlled, we just stand ours on the side conversion or on the centre console between front seats.
