Transmission - maybe problem

Thanks...I'm seriously considering saving for a spare engine and box, as the vehicle may see my motoring days out, but the Bongo is high mileage, and I may....just may...have a contact that can pallette loads here...and if I stand over them and watch, some mechanics can be trained....it's just common sense they lack, but the enthusiasm is there....

Hi Helen, hopefully it is the steering, perhaps the cold weather has made the oil thicker, thereby increasing system pressure and showing up any weak spot in the system.

Thanks, all ...i'll give it a spin when I can get it started...Diesel is not flowing...it's too cold...maybe when the temperature raises I'll have another go
