Yes that could well be it !
That could also cause some odd happenings as it also seems to have a couple of sensors on the brake fluid reservoir as well which activate the light

This may well have been discussed before but it occurred to me last night.
Would it be prudent to ask Iain @ lush projects if we could duplicate the schematics database on the BF site. It seems to be such a valuable and well used resource that it would be a real shame if we didn't have access to it at some point in the future.
Just a thought...

A copy exists here if nowhere else! I keep it on my laptop so that we have it in the van at all times

Hi Geoff
At least someone has a copy
Might download it myself but I still think it would be very prudent to host it here.

I don't know what Ian (BF) pays for hosting here, but it would mean extra expense to do so as its some 50Mbyte of files to be stored. I would think that Iain (LP) probably has backups of his set-up looking at what he runs on his servers, it seems to be a small business.

Can't imagine 50MB is going to make any difference, even a £3.99 hosting package comes with at least 2GB these days.
I'm sure Iain (alphabetter) does backups of his site but the fact is it would be much more reassuring to have it hosted here where there are an army of people with a vested interested to look after it.
You just never no.....

You do realise it only appears to be a Google translated & hoovered copy of the MAZDAZIP.RU database ?
That's the site where you can put in the VIN code and it gives you the details of the vehicle, and then you can click the links on the lefthand menu to go down into the manual and spares database.
See
http://translate.google.com/translate?j ... mzcat.aspx
I say appears because the scans of the manual are identical on the two sites (including the little bits of black over-scan top and bottom!) and the same/very similar translations appear for the components list when you click the numbers on the diagrams themselves.
