Hi Karena, can you not bring the dog with you or doesn't the rascal travel well? There are some fantastic walks around here. The village of Cartmel is just a mile up the road, Humphrey head the same. You could even trot round the fields we are on for a workout. Hope you can make it

Looks like a goer for me. Got to drop off a couple of bits of furniture and personal possesions in Darwen for June's daughter Lucy first. It's now four months since Lucy went back and our spare room is still full of her junk.

i,m afraid this dog has very bad manners around other dogs -
looking hopeful though keiths daughter is checking her diary for raves etc - hope she,s not thinking of having an alternative one at our house though.

Aww right, our Maggie can be a bit aggy which is why we don't bring her to bashes. She was abused when she was a pup and it affected her. There are some men she goes mad at might be their aftershave....Dunno
But pleased you think you will be able to make it :o)

As Di kindly pointed out Chris has put the wrong address up ::tut:: Di is having visions of Bongo's circling Allithwaite ha ha. Be even funnier if they turned up at that dude's house.
Anyway it is at Quarry Lane, off Church Road The turning is between a post office and a charity shop. I may pop down sometime and get a sat nav reading.
Cheers Di

Just seen the post about speed humps and it reminded me, when approaching the field in Allithwaite, Quarry Lane has humps and one of them can put your head thro' the roof !!! take care.

Flippin heck Dave - have your ears been burning? We were just talking about you yesterday. All good of course

Nice to see you've not dropped off the face of the earth

Be good to see you both again. Hows your Mum? Not seen her for a while.

Hi guys. My ears have been burning.
But thats because the phone rang while i was ironing.
Mum is ok, although she has had to take in my 42 year old sister who's marriage has hit the skids, so her independence has gone for the moment.
Looking foreward to seeing you all again. Still not back to bongoing yet. IVF is taking up all of our thoughts at the moment.
See you all on the 25th.
D, E and Honey.
