our kitchen still isn`t finished(are you listening dear?)it`ll be worth it in the end.

Hi all
Sorry for not being on earlier, went to bed early and got up early as im walking to work 4 miles there 4 miles back!
As for the food for Haven i think we should make a list of goodies and let people choose what they are gonna bring off the list? At least that way we wont end up with 100 donuts.
What does everyone think? Is it a good idea? Manda

How about something on the BBQ - got an electric one. Cheaper than gas

just a thought...........what time does it get dark at the end of march.......?i ask because we probably won`t be leaving til the kids finish school on the friday,so won`t get there til half 6 at least.then,we`ve still got to put the awninmg up!!we can`t really sleep in bongo first night `cos of all the gear!

i stayed on this site many years ago,but in a tent.i remember that the clubhouse didn`t kick out until around 3am!

We will probably bring BBQ as well, but we're gonna be so busy enjoying ourselves- don't know if there will be time

just a thought,anna.do you think an open fire or fire pit thingy would be allowed?just think how cosy it`d be,all of us around a fire in the evening.i doubt it`s allowed on a haven site though.

That would be lovely Jamie, but I doubt it would be allowed. Maybe we can get another meet weekend with this in mind. Great idea!!!

Jimmy will be having a rest this time. Looks like Heather's doing the cooking

And shes a great cook too I've heard!
