hi all,
got back earlier from the sheffield day meet.we had a great time.even the weather was kind,with clear blue skies and no sign of rain,despite the forecast!!we met some old friends,and some new ones too.thanks to manda and andy(bulwell bongoleers),and steve(nevets)for the `convoy`up to the meet.thanks also to mike,for ferrying a fax machine to me from `scanner`.this was a complete surprise to me,and just goes to show what a great bunch the bongo community are.thanks to ian too,for organising the meet.

i nearly hit that when moving my bongo to come home.thanks for the rousing round of applause for managing to move the bongo without wrecking anything.........................unlike earlier
