Bongo Fury

We will be bringing the Red Gazebo thingie... Never been out the box.. Saving it for the wedding..

we will put in our newly waterproofed 3mx3m gazebo in with 4 sides and fairy lights

I hate to write this guys but I have some concerns over this weekend and need a bit of reassurance?

I thought things had settled down in the North West area and everyone had moved on from the recent "issues", judging by recent posts it looks like things have flared up again (not on this thread I know but its still happening)??

Im not really interested in the ins and outs and who started what first, I would just prefer if these "issues" were not brought to the wedding weekend in any way.

I cant help but feel this will be the main topic of conversation as the meet is only a couple of weeks away and these "issues" dont seem to be going away? If thats the case or we hear it being discussed then Adam and I either wont be attending/or will pack up and go as it is just getting ridiculous now.

Can we light the pipes of peace and leave it all behind for the weekend?

Alot of people have gone to alot of effort so far to make this meet a lovely and happy event it would be such a shame if this was spoilt

I dont mean this post to offend but all this bad feeling lately is awful, we just want to have a lovely weekend with all our bongo friends.

I agree Carl. Me and Jetskier had a good chat on this and the topic was to be halted straight away if anything was mentioned anytime at the meet.
This is a celebration, not a witch hunt and as such, fun will be had with lots of laughs.

I hope so and I would like to think there will be no "confrontations" at our weekend, this is not what bongo meets are about, they have always been happy and fun loving events and a pleasure to attend.

mel,dont worry about a thing,the "whats gone on " thing is between the people its between,and ONLY them.
its nothing to do with anyone else,so everyone should stay out of it.
if people feel they are affected in anyway over this,then thats upto them.the people at the n/w and yorkies meets are people i wish to spend the odd weekend away with,and enjoy myself,talkin,drinkin and havin a good time with,not discussin whos done what and why,so there wont be any of that going on,i can assure you.
i hope that everyone else comes for the above mentioned aswell.
this is going to be a brill wedding,so come on.

There is only the toilet block and Yorkshire Stone walls, so it will have to be a tree...lol...
