Haven phoned me again today, to say they have decided to have the camp open to all, on this weekend, however it is closed during the week. I was told that I was welcome to stay during the week ,but I would be alone, therefore I could move my pitch daily if I wished   or cancel. What to do ?  Might be nice and peaceful :) or very spooky  Also we would have security guys 8) What dyou think ?

Interesting situation #-o I think I'd cancel, if there's going to be building work going on everywhere. There's not much in Mablethorpe itself and, without the park facilities, it could be boring (or is it just the camping area that's closed?)

I believe there will be a few people there from the residential/private caravans, but there will be no-one on the campsite, except us chickens. trying out all the pitches and having the shower/toilet block to ourselves. I can decide when I get there though! so think I'll do that.
I got my freedom haven freebie holiday pack yesterday :D :D :D

Hi Jamie,
What are you on about ? #-o
The weekend is OK and we will all be there and have a good time :D however I also booked Sun-Thurs afterwards just for Jimmy and I. I am unsure whether or not to stay as the camp will be officially closed during the week. Hope you understand that . The weekend is ON and no cancellations :D

I'm planning on still turning up as well. Thanks for the good info as well John and Anna :D

Not sure about staying over as yet. The comp is actually nearer Corby than Peterborough and will be quite a drive. Will decide nearer the time.

More likely the Gliding Club between Oundle and Corby.
