What's the drill for day-visitors?

by all means mike, u got mail.
paul, day visitors are welcome, they want to charge £2.50 but if were lucky park up at the entrance, rush over to where we are parked on foot and one of us should be able to swipe u in and out of the gates.thats what we did the other night when we popped to see handyman.

Cool, or if someone can PM me a convenient mobile number we can advise our imminent arrival saves the Jr's legs

one thing that has been pointed out to me is that the goosewood site is in a bit of a deadspot as far as mobile reception goes. ive been informed that there is a chance o2 wont work there, vodaphone has sporadic reception. anyone on orange can get it if the y climb on top of their bongo, stick one leg in the air and hold one arm out. should make a good photo if nowt else,
so if anyone is in need of 24/7 contact then it would be advisable to give the number for goosewood to people who would need to contact you. im sure the owners wont mind unless they are bombarded, there is a payphone within the site for patron useage. also i wouldnt expect that you would need to travel too far to get a signal, i know i can get o2 within a few miles of the site.
maybe its a good thing not been able to be in mobile contact.

Update, managed to get a signal from site. Got the wife on the roof holding the dongle
No just kidding we have managed to get a signal . Perhaps weather helps.

Now down to the serious stuff... Sharon here....Looking forward to seeing everyone on Friday, we've found out that if you are on TMobile then you can get a signal outside the gate of the Park (I know because I've done it). The signal we are getting at the minute is a bit of a fluke cos we got no signal on phones

John's got MAN FLU so stay clear (a couple of lemsip, a bit of sympathy and a loving wife might help....anyone offering?)

Otherwise 45 cans of Strongbow might help ( thank god for ASDA, our nearset one is 30 miles away at home...thank god)

Anyhoo...site's great as said before. Hopefully weather will be good for the w/e so ttfn.

there is a health suite on site but i havnt seen inside this as it was locked up so there could be something in there.
failing that strawberries and champers in the fishing lake. and eat a good dose of beans for a jacuzzi effect.

well its thursday dinnertime and nearly the weekend,looking forward to it soooo much,going to have to get my finger out now,got to make cakes for bongo people,get unwanted things out of bongo,which we dont want to take (the kites)and then put things in that we need,get clothes together,sleeping thingies,toys books,
dont forget to put your avitar, name on a sheet of paper so you can put it up in your window.so everyone knows who is who and we shall see you all tomorrow and saturday.

like she said she is making some buns and stuff so if any one is interested in having an impromptue jacobs join on the friday night feel free. we cant have the marquees up on the site nor even gazebos but if the weathers good we can just be in the open air.
also just to save me carrying a great amount of change with me could i make a plea that people could get the money they owe as close as poss. i think at the last meeting there was a scramble to get the right change. just a thought.
for most people its going to be £21.50 for the weekend.
