Fingers crossed for the weather.

Oh. by the way. Dave up north has given up smoking. Been smoking since 1981 and starting to feel it, so its time to give up. (not doing the old sperm count any good either)

Feel dreadful. Cravings are hellish, but I am determined.

If I am smoking again by the weekend, you have permission to smack me (the ladies can, anyway. Pay good money for that in London)

Hope I wont be tempted. Laura gave me such a dirty look when I lit up at Stainforth, that I felt guilty for smoking.
This is something I have not experienced before, but it is becoming less and less tolerated.
I just feel anxious all the time. I am trying to convince myself that it is elation and not anxiety.

We will see.
