Well done on picking the site Jamie, really pleasant and it was great not having to book.

Thanks to Jamie for organising this one and for booking the weather well in advance

A lovely setting, a peaceful contrast to the high-octane entertainment of Sant Pod the previous weekend. Nice to meet old & new friends, and welcome to the newbies from Chesterfield (Red Witch :? ), Dawn and the family from Sutton, Eliza I think #-o

It's fine this morning - thank you - except for the feet! - I've had to use Muz Jnrs old sandals as they're adjustable over the burny bits

Can I just add my bit to what everyone else has said - couldn't have asked for a better weekend or company - fantastic :P , thanks for organizing it.

Can we hatch a plan to ban Muz from the forum. I'm concerned that everyone will be put off fom posting their own pics for fear of feeling inferior. This latest crop makes 'outstanding' sound mundane. =D>

mutter mutter moan moan

PS - went to the Army Surplus shop in Ripley recommended by the Muz's, and that was outstanding too (I don't think the Muz's 'do' mundane). Might start a thread on it as - to me - the place is unique and well worth a mooch around if nearby and weather not suitable for standing around in a field full of buttercups. I bought a cheap waterproof jacket (£12.50 - pretty good I thought) to add to my collection, a cheap sun hat for Will (army colour - naturally) and a couple of Exocet missiles (need a little work in the garage to get them operational but expect to mount them on my roof rail for targeting VWs). 8)

Awww, you're too kind

I haven't seen them on a proper screen yet, my monitor at work is, shall we say, crap and shows some of them very dark - if that is the case when I get home they will get zapped or knobbled. My favourite of the lot was this one....

Glad you liked Anchor Supplies which I agree is an educational experience - they have a place in Nottingham as well, more for the high-tech stuff in case you need image-intensifiers and the like   8)
