I did think of BBQ to keep warm, but don't think it would allowed, or safe Will next time

we`ve got:
tea,coffee,milk,cups,plates,dishes,knives/forks/spoons,lighter,fresh water,kettle,gas,mince pies,donuts,sandwiches,probably sausages and burgers or something,2 cameras,ipod(for plugging into stereo and blasting out something loud on the way down!)lots of coats,hats,scarves,etc etc etc

Anyways we'd get some funny looks hanging around our meeting point!
We've not packed yet as we are only bringing stove, milk, cups, coffee, tea, mince pies and plenty of clothing.

Just like to mention to anyone worried about the weather. If it is too cold for you to stand about too long, don't forget that you can visit The butterfly Farm(very warm) which will definitely recharge your battery and very nice to see. Also if necessary, we could go down to the bandstand in the dry(I think that would be OK)
However lets just hope it won't be too cold. The temperature should be up on todays according to the Met Office.
We can make it a good meet no matter what the weather throws at us! So lets do it and enjoy it
You will all be very welcome and we will really appreciate your support of 'The Midlands Sect' . Hope to see you all tomorrow

Jamie, they seem to have shrunk in your edited post So I guess that when you said she got her dresses from Milletts, you also weren't telling the truth (Hopefully Sharon will have forgotten this post by the time we meet ).

Popping in and out of computer between visitors and trying to wash my hair.
However, On reading through the posts, I realised In directions I mistakedly put swans neck hotel, should be- SWANS NEST HOTEL and swans neck lane should be SWANS NEST LANE. Sorry about that Just another senior moment, I guess .
