Great. That's what I was thinking. If I get the right connectors, can I take power from the head unit loom, so that I run this one "mother" cables to the same place, rather than splitting the video to the head unit and the power to somewhere else?

Yes on the back of the ISO plug into the radio/display you have Reverse signal (for power) the display will have its own Yellow coloured RCA socket.
