For OBD2 codes;
There is a very comprehensive list of standard codes here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OBD-II_PIDs
For Mazda specific codes scroll down the pages (past the advert buttons!) https://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/mazda/

The above cover most if not all the 4-digit codes, but does not cover the older 2-digit codes used in the majority of the pre-OBD2 diagnostics in the Bongo's, later Bongo's do use the 4-digit codes.
