If she had a black eye she would have been Doris Morris with the Minor Shiner. 8)

I have to gently disagree, depreciating is fairly and squarely in your hands. They hold value especially when converted professionally, they are campers and they hold value as long as you don't let it rot on your watch, specialist vehicle for specialist use.

Compared with when we got ours it is running even better and I sorted all the niggles out as well so I expect it to sell for more than I paid as I know how I have looked after it. Some people don't have time, money or give a rats ar** and let it rot. Well expect a loss, horses for courses.

To think you can buy a 20 y.o. vehicle and do nothing and expect it to give you 6 sail through MOT's in a row, then sell it for top dollar is cloud cuckoo land. #-o

Otherwise buy an old transit.

Hi Dave

just read this and am sorry to here you are leaving but i mean, A SHE LANDER? fgs! still whatever floats ya boat.

I just bought a caravan but am keeping my Bongo to tow it. With diesel going out if fashion & the threatograms of being taxed to death, I am so pleased I sold mine for a petrol version (now lpg) I just wish it was a 4x4 version but hey ho!

Anyway all the very best, I have had some brilliant advice from you in the past and it was appreciated. I am sure you will still be lurking around here for a while.

Happy days!
